There are currently two types of prompt on the platform.
There's the one for qualifying leads, and then there's the one for training the AI to send the message you want.
Here's an example of a prompt to qualify then send the right message:
——-
Qualified: if the author might be interested in a getting more Leads
Potential: Does at least the text suggest a desire to improve revenue or interest into marketing, cold outreach, getting more sales.
Disqualified: Show no interest into or no link to Sales, Marketing, or ways to grow a business in terms of revenue, or seems to be from a country close to India

Start by acknowledging the post and showing you’ve understood it. Highlight a key point or challenge they’ve mentioned to make it personal.
Long format answer. Offer them to use LeadMaxxing to automate their cold outreach "as the fastest most efficient AI outreach" on social media. Tell them that I have 35 slots for a Beta Testing.

When the Contact Prompt is bad, then IT IS REALLY BAD. Look:
I think I'm not gonna market my service on their comment, I have to be more subtil. Here is the prompt:
——-
Prompt 1: Direct invitation with mention of LeadMaxxing and a video
Write a warm, engaging, and informal message that feels like continuing a conversation. Briefly explain the benefits of LeadMaxxing (an automation tool for outreach on LinkedIn and Twitter), highlighting its speed and efficiency in finding and qualifying leads.
Mention that there are 35 beta testing slots available to create urgency. Include a clear call-to-action, inviting the recipient to watch a short video on the profile to learn more. Make the message visually breathable by using spaces between paragraphs. The tone should be enthusiastic and approachable.
Prompt 2: Subtle and conversational approach
Write a friendly and engaging message that subtly introduces LeadMaxxing without being too pushy. Focus on the problem it solves (time-consuming outreach, difficulty qualifying leads, fatigue with lead generation).
Frame LeadMaxxing as a practical tool and mention the 35 beta testing slots as an opportunity, but avoid a hard sell. End with an open-ended question to encourage the recipient to share their challenges or strategies with outreach.
Ensure the text is easy to read by including spaces between the paragraphs. The tone should be warm, conversational, and curious.
Prompt 3: Pure value creation with questioning
Write a casual and engaging message without pitching any product or service. Focus on starting a genuine conversation by asking open-ended questions about the challenges of prospecting, particularly in the early stages of entrepreneurship.
For example, ask about difficulties generating leads or getting responses in the first months of a business. Offer value by sharing a quick tip, observation, or personal insight. Avoid large blocks of text and keep the tone friendly and thoughtful, with spaces between paragraphs to make it easy to follow.
The goal is to create engagement and build trust without mentioning any specific service.

There’s a fine line between efficient outreach and coming across as spammy, and it’s critical to understand that difference.
Why the Wrong Approach Feels Like Spam. Rapid-fire, impersonal messages tend to raise red flags for recipients. When every interaction feels like a hard sell, potential leads often disengage. A lack of personal connection and context can leave people feeling bombarded, rather than invited into a conversation.
Ultimately, spammy outreach isn’t just a nuisance, it can damage your credibility and relationship with your audience. The Value of a Human Touch. To avoid the spam trap, remember that people respond best when they feel acknowledged and understood.
Even if you’re using an automated tool like LeadMaxxing, taking the time to personalize your message and highlight a shared challenge or interest can make all the difference. Show empathy, identify a real problem, and present a solution.
But do it as if you’re talking to a person, not a target.
Balanced Messaging Strategies. Direct but Respectful: You can be clear about what you offer without sounding like an infomercial. Mentioning LeadMaxxing’s speed and efficiency is great, but pair it with understanding the recipient’s specific needs or pain points.
Subtle and Conversational: Instead of pushing a product, you might start by discussing common challenges, like spending too much time on outreach or struggling to qualify leads. Introduce LeadMaxxing as a solution only after you’ve established genuine rapport.
Value-First Engagement: Sometimes, it’s best to skip the pitch entirely at first. Ask open-ended questions. Explore the other person’s experiences with prospecting. Maybe share a quick tip or an insight before mentioning any services.
Build trust before introducing your tool.A Better Way to Maximize Leads Without Spamming.
Successful outreach isn’t about blasting as many people as possible. It’s about starting meaningful conversations. Tools like LeadMaxxing are at their best when you use them thoughtfully, respecting the person on the other side of the screen.
Focus on humanizing your approach, providing real value, and fostering genuine dialogue. You’ll find that people are far more receptive to your offers.
In Short: Prioritize Connection Over Conversion: You can absolutely leverage LeadMaxxing without falling into the spam trap. Keep your messaging personal, relevant, and helpful. Look at every outreach as the start of a relationship, not just another name in your pipeline. By doing so, you’ll earn trust, spark meaningful interactions, and ultimately generate better, more sustainable results.
